Technical support through SkyVerge was excellent and they walked me through the process. We had technical issues that were caused by my sites SSL certificate and had nothing to do with the Intuit Payment Gateway but SkyVerge walked me right through a solution. We just installed the Gateway and hopeful it will work without issue. Though slightly tricky on the intuit side to set up, this product is working great so far. Steve at SkyVerge was very fast and intelligent in his approach to support. Ran well right out of the box and when I had an issue, customer service was prompt and helpful. Whether you’re an existing or new QuickBooks Payments customer, it’s easy to connect your account to Shopify to get started. However, payment processing and customer service are pretty terrible. The average time to get funds deposited once an invoice has been paid is slow.
